Our Story

Paixxão began with one disappointing nail appointment and a belief that the experience could be better.

After more than a decade in real estate management, founder Priscilla Smith took an unexpected leap into the nail industry. What began as a personal search for better nail care grew into Paixxao – a salon built around exceptional service, quality products, and an experience designed to make every client feel cared for.

What started small grew into a an award-winning brand known nationwide. With a team of 26 nail techs, Paixxão earned numerous Best Nail Salon honors, served thousands of clients, developed its own signature products, and became a place where talented nail professionals could obtain hands-on training and build their clientele.

The photos you see here was the salon and products created as part of that experience. Every detail reflected a simple philosophy: beautiful nails should never come at the expense of quality, cleanliness, or care.

A New Chapter on the Emerald Coast

After closing the Albuquerque location, the story wasn’t over. Now, Paixxão.Co is coming to Florida’s Emerald Coast, bringing the experience back to where it all began: personal, one-on-one nail care with Priscilla Smith.

This new chapter combines the standards Paixxão became known for with a more intimate, boutique approach to hand and nail therapy. Featuring structured manicures, gel pedicures, nail extensions, signature hot towel treatments, and Bio Sculpture, with an emphasis on preserving the health of the natural nail. Same Passion. Same commitment to quality. A completely new chapter.
