FAQ – Child Safety Policy

As we cannot ensure the safety of your young ones in a professional environment, anyone under the age of 10 is not permitted to accompany you. The only exception is if they are being serviced.

Our facility is not equipped to care for children. We love them and we thank you in advance for helping us keep them safe.

FAQ – Our Service Promise

Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every service we provide. If you notice anything within 72 hours of your appointment that doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us. We’ll be happy to evaluate it and make it right when appropriate.

We accept all forms of payment; Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Paixxão.Co gift cards are available for purchase online and can be used toward any of our nail services. 

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

To provide each client with a personalized, unhurried experience, Paixxão.Co operates by appointment only. Appointments may be conveniently scheduled online, and a valid credit card is required to reserve your time. 

A credit card is required to hold appointments. Your credit card will not be charged when booking your appointment.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you provide at least a 24 hours' notice as there are clients on waiting lists that would love to fill that spot.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance - no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 40% of the service total or $40 whichever is greater.
  • No-Shows will be charged 60% of the service total or $40 whichever is greater

    Late Arrivals

    Thank you for respecting the time reserved especially for you.Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your complete service. Arriving late may require us to shorten or modify your service. If there is not enough time to complete the appointment, it may be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply.
